Peer Support provides a unique form of guidance, empathy, and understanding that bridges the gap between professional therapy and personal experience.
Peer Support is a structured, non-clinical approach to mental health support, where individuals who have experienced recovery and personal growth offer encouragement and guidance to those facing similar challenges. Our Peer Counsellors provide emotional support, share coping strategies, and help individuals feel heard and understood in a safe and judgment-free space.
We are actively seeking individuals with lived experience to join our Peer Support Program. As a Peer Counsellor, you will play a vital role in empowering others while fostering your own personal and professional growth.
